Returns
At Vintage Sponsor, we are dedicated to offering unique vintage and second-hand clothing that surpasses our customers' expectations. Given the nature of second-hand items and the logistical challenges of operating a small business, we generally do not accept returns on items purchased online. However, we have a return policy in place to address specific situations, including errors made by Vintage Sponsor in order processing.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Vintage Sponsor reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
2. Timeframe for Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After this period, we will not be able to accept your return.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at vintagesponsor@gmail.com. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Inspection: If you receive an item that is incorrect, please notify us immediately. We may request photos of the damage or incorrect item to process your claim.
- Resolution: We will either issue a refund or offer a store credit based on the nature of the issue.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as a defective or incorrect item, Vintage Sponsor will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or sizing issue, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
6. Refunds
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
- Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
